R2C is currently looking for interns for the upcoming summer (2020). Learn new skills and be apart of a team that cares. Network with working professionals and build your resume!

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • 10 weeks over summer 2020 (June - August)
  • Part-time (20 hours/week) at $15/hour 
  • Mentorship and networking opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A current student pursuing a bachelors or masters degree with a graduation date of 2021 or 2022
  • Research experience 
  • Strong communication and writing skills 
  • Strong critical thinking skills 
  • Willingness to learn and participate in a collaborative environment 
  • Self-motivated
  • Be able to commit to 10 weeks during summer 2020 (June - August)
  • Be able to work in our Rosslyn Office 

DATA ANALYSIS INTERN

This intern will work closely with our talent management team to create and add metrics to recruiting and talent management strategies 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Creating and deploying surveys
  • Creating/acquiring large amount of data 
  • Process and analyzing said data 
  • Visualizing findings for senior management
A strong candidate will likely have... 
  • Some statistical experience or coursework 
  • Experience with handling large amount of data 
  • Experience creating effective visualizations 

COMMUNICATIONS/TRAINING INTERN

This intern will work to create a social media plan and content for R2C, as well as corporate communications. This intern will also help our consultants with training initiatives both internally and externally.
Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Create a social media plan for 2020 to present to senior management
  • Create social media content 
  • Help coordinate training for internal and external clients/employees 
  • Help develop and reinvigorate training material

  • Some experience or coursework in marketing 
  • Some experience or coursework in graphic design 
  • Some experience in communications and change management
