R2C is seeking DevOps Engineers to support a client's technical requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Enable greenfield development to automate and build a microservices container-centric platform that will be built with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Write clean code and config files using modern tech on a cloud platform to allow for rapid development and deployment with efficient CI/CD pipelines and efficient monitoring/alerting
Design, secure, deploy, and monitor infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data stores
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar discipline
Two additional years of related applications/software programming experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of DevOps experience
Must be a US Citizen
Must be clearable and willing to sit for a government polygraph
Three years experience with modern DevOps tools.
Three years experience integration with Development teams.
Experience automating infrastructure processes with tools like Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, Jenkins, Bamboo, and/or Packer.
Recent and strong coding experience.
Experience with designing, securing, deploying, and monitoring infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data stores.
Experience with microservice container-centric systems.
Experience with AWS Automation
Experience with Openshift/Kubernetes
Experience with Linux (CentOS 7)
