R2C is seeking an Instructional System Designer (ISD) to support a client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Accountable for conducting need assessments
Design effective courses
Draft training evaluation reports
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Education or similar field and/or a certification or five plus years of experience in instructional systems design methodologies
Demonstrated experience drafting presentations, interactive exercises, and evaluation reports on training effectiveness
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Experience in the Sponsor agency curriculum review process highly desired
Proficiency with online and web-based training authoring tools highly desired
