R2C is seeking Metrics & Business Process Specialist to support a client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts process modernization analyses at the direction of the Mission Operations Deputy Branch Chief

  • Reviews and analyzes current business processes, objectives, and strategies to identify improvement opportunities

  • Assess program impacts by developing qualitative and quantitative studies

  • Provide support for assessments and identify and implement improvements to the functions and processes pursuant to applicable Federal regulations, customer policies and management directives, and procedures

  • Perform research regarding applicable data management performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience developing process improvement guidance, procedures, and policies based on Federal, IC, and customer policy

  • At least 3 years of experience conducting compliance or performance reviews

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in relevant area of study

  • Experience communicating effectively with various stakeholders

  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research

  • Program, performance, or quality management certification are a plus
