R2C is seeking Program Manager to support a client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Act as the technical and managerial interface
Managing all aspects of the project to include scheduling, customer dependencies, cross-team coordination, priorities, risks, resources, etc.
Maintaining strong and effective communication with program management and the customer on all status, issues, risks, priorities, and roadblocks
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Information Technology, data management, or related discipline
10+ years’ experience managing enterprise data management projects requiring coordination with internal and external stakeholders’ groups and development of interagency standards
Maintain in-depth understanding of complex, Federal Government contracts, account management and budgets
At least 5 years of interagency policy development experience, preferably in the data policy arena
Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Maintain extensive experience applying the Data Management Association’s “Data Management Body of Knowledge” (DMBOK) principles in a hybrid, classified environment
Experience in organizing, directing, and managing multiple, complex, and interrelated
project tasks and diverse stakeholders.
Experience in effectively communicating at senior executive levels within a customer
Experience in effectively communicating with leadership of other contractors
Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or Data Policy, or related field preferred.
