Partner with Hiring Managers to identify critical positions and build effective sourcing strategies to quickly deliver qualified candidates
Recruit passive and active applicants through job boards, extensive networking, and other methods
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management, and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
Build and maintain an ongoing candidate pipeline to support hiring goals
Demonstrate motivated and competitive initiative, with a desire to be the BEST at what you do
Technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle/full desk recruiting
Experience recruiting within the Federal IT space, with an emphasis on cleared personnel
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates (iCIMS preferred)
Strong MS Office skills
Have a track record of success in an agency environment who is looking for the stability of corporate recruiting
A solid communicator with excellent organizational skills
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
Maintain creative and clever with innovative ideas on how to source for hard to fill positions
Have incredible time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize multiple time sensitive tasks
