R2C is seeking Data Scientist professionals to support a client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

  • Join a team responsible for developing advanced analytics products

  • Apply data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable key mission outcomes

  • Support all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions, ETL, performing analyses to delivery of insights to decision-makers with particular attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce and consume it

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Provide analytic and data innovation toward a broad range of intelligence and related mission support services that will support the entire intelligence cycle

  • Utilize a large amount of digital media selector information (particularly cell phone selectors)

  • Build custom tools to normalize and standardize numbers originating from data

  • Network analysis, time series and anomaly detection

  • Must know how to program using open source programming languages; cannot rely on commercial or proprietary tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations

  • Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
