R2C is seeking Deputy Program Manager to support a client's technical requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for leading teams, managing personnel and financial resources, and establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships
Assess the qualifications and performance of personnel
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor's degree required
Five plus years of IC experience, preferably in the Sponsor agency
Required familiarity with Sponsor policies and regulations, including information and personnel security
Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
Experience in personnel and resource management in an IC capacity, preferably in the DDI environment
Demonstrated IC experience in one of more of the SOW areas (Outreach & Mission Engagement, Marketing, or Training)
Demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification highly preferred
Ability to work on a program where we are creating projects, launching/kicking off projects, navigating in the gray would also be a HUGE plus!
