R2C is seeking a Recruiter to support a client's technical requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activity.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates.
Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview and placement activity.
Ensure smooth transition post-hire and assess hiring manager and new hire satisfaction.
Clearly define position requirements, ensure search requests are clearly defined to include key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation and interview process.
Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment by conducting a personal interview.
Maintain creative sourcing strategies and work closely with team to develop best approach for client.
Effectively apply diverse staffing methodology and promote standards.
Create and execute project work plans to manage recruiting initiatives.
Quickly grasp and present solutions to complex recruiting requirements and issues.
Escalate and resolves issues in a timely fashion.
Facilitate the work-flow processing using available systems/tools.
Track hiring activity, including job posting, hiring decisions and disposition activities.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Minimum of 3 years in a full-cycle technical recruiting role
Must be innovative and proactive when sourcing candidates
Ability to cultivate our internal referral network through outreach and interaction with our current staff
Flexibility to interview candidates who require evening and weekend interactions
Must be able to work independently
Experience in a quota baring role
Strong proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Superior account management, customer service and consulting skills
Be able to multitask with a demonstrated ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, and work several tasks concurrently, as part of a team
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle fast-paced situations with fast deadlines
Be detail oriented, with the ability to communicate details clearly and effectively (written & verbal)
A strong understanding of creative sourcing techniques – think outside of the box for sourcing candidates
Experience with applicant tracking management, EEOC and federal and state employment laws.
Strong networking skills and desire to attend networking events such a technology and government networking events
A natural curiosity about technology
Must have experience with applicant tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience within the Human Resource and/or Recruiting industry
Negotiation skills (in the form of contracts and/or salary offers)
Strong understanding of business development
Proven track record to meet and exceed company and personal goals
Understanding best practices for engaging potential candidates
Experience recruiting technical skill-sets with clearances from Secret to Top Secret
Owns a network of relevant candidates
