Ms. Erich has over 12 years of experience providing program and operational support within the national security arena. Her background includes leading staffing management services for a Fortune 500 Defense contractor and global security company. Currently, her specific areas of focus are staffing and talent management as well as career development for employees at R2C. Ms. Erich received a Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University.
