Chief Executive Officer
Katrina Barlow joined The Reports & Requirements Company as Chief Executive Officer in 2010. A former government employee specializing in collection management, she has nearly 30 years of experience in the national security arena as both a staff employee and a contractor. She has extensive program management and capture management experience. Currently, her specific area of focus is cyber intelligence and policy coordination. Ms. Barlow holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in Anthropology and Environmental Studies and a Master’s Degree in International Development from The American University.
Chief Operating Officer
Kathy Rondon founded The Reports & Requirements Company as a single member LLC in 2008. A former government employee specializing in collection management, she has over 25 years of experience in the national security arena as both a staff employee and a contractor. Currently, her specific area of focus is the application of traditional tradecraft to data governance issues in a classified environment. Ms. Rondon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Law from The American University. She speaks at data governance forums on a regular basis and is a certified Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP).
Vice President for Business Development
Sharon Russ joined The Reports & Requirements Company as Vice President for Business Development in 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in international affairs positions, including working with international organizations and with national security agencies. She has extensive experience in program management and capture management of classified procurements. Her current area of focus is cyber intelligence policy and company outreach. Ms. Russ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from The American University.
David Villani joined The Reports & Requirements Company as Managing Director in 2015. A former government contracts officer and Arabic linguist and a contractor operational support specialist, he has over 15 years of experience in the national security arena in a staff employee and contractor capacity. Currently, his specific area of focus is program management and contracts negotiation. Mr. Villani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from State University of New York in Stony Brook and a Master’s of Business Administration from The American University. He also holds an Arabic linguist certification from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.
Our Board of Advisers
Dr. Peter Aiken is a professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and the author of nine books on data architecture, data management, and data governance. He has over thirty years of data management experience in government and private sector capacities. Dr. Aiken is a founder of Data Blueprint, a data management consulting firm that helps clients leverage data as an asset and become data-driven; he is a frequent speaker at data management conferences and forums worldwide.
Timm Johnson has over thirty years of financial and operations experience for software and services growth companies. Currently, he is a senior business counselor for the Small Business Development Center at George Mason University and a founding director of Mason Venture Mentors, a provider of advisory services to start up and small business companies. Venture Mentors is supported by the GMU Mason Enterprise center and several other local technology incubators.
Craig Tadken is a 28 year veteran of the CIA, rising to the ranks of the Senior Intelligence Service and receiving the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal. He was responsible for ensuring the provision of logistics, security, finance, acquisitions, HR, and life services support to classic foreign intelligence, critical counterintelligence, and paramilitary operations around the world. Since his retirement, Mr. Tadken has been providing consulting services to Intelligence Community clients.
