Kathy Rondon founded The Reports & Requirements Company as a single member LLC in 2008. A former government employee specializing in collection management, she has over 25 years of experience in the national security arena as both a staff employee and a contractor. After having served as Chief Operating Officer of R2C from 2010 to 2018, she currently focuses on Data Governance initiatives and strategic business opportunities. Ms. Rondon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs with a concentration in International Law from The American University. She speaks at data governance forums on a regular basis and is a certified Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP).
